All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that during new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We always work as quickly as possible while ensuring your order is packed with care.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer the following shipping option within the Continental United States:

✨ Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days) β€” $6.95 flat rate
✨ Free Shipping on orders of $75 or more (after discounts, before tax)

Delivery time estimates begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the most efficient delivery method for your location.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Scarlett Rose Little Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. Lost or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for postal delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. However, we are always happy to help you file a claim or assist in locating your order.
